  • Event-based Co-ordinated Functioning

This was quite relevant in Pre-Covid times, but post-Covid, there is a greater need that buildings and Cities operate on their own for many events- with manual intervention, some of the examples being :

  • Entry and Exit to buildings in a touch-less and secure way
  • Cleaning services operate need-based and with the least energy wastage
  • In case of emergency, quick evacuation, easy and guided entry to fire/ security personal and people count on each floor are such actions that buildings and Cities will take on their own
